Messages may be sent by SPEAKNOVA INC. or by a participating SPEAKNOVA client business. The applicable business will be identified in the message and is referred to in these terms as the "Message Sender."
SPEAKNOVA may provide the underlying AI-agent, telephone, and messaging technology used by a participating client business.
2. How You Provide Consent
You may request specific information during a telephone conversation or agree to receive information offered by an AI agent.
Before sending the message, the AI agent will:
- Explain what information it proposes to send;
- Ask for your permission to send it by SMS; and
- Confirm the mobile telephone number to which it will be sent.
By clearly approving the SMS and confirming the telephone number, you consent to receive the specific message described during the conversation.
Your consent is voluntary, sender-specific, and limited to the subject discussed. Consent to receive an SMS is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
A person may not provide SMS consent on behalf of another telephone subscriber unless that person is legally authorized to do so.

6. Opting Out
You may reply STOP at any time to prevent future messages from the applicable Message Sender.
You may also use recognized opt-out keywords such as:
STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, OPTOUT, or REVOKE.
After your request is processed, you may receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further SMS messages will be sent by that Message Sender unless you provide new express consent.
Where supported, you may reply START to provide new consent and resume receiving requested messages.

8. Delivery
SMS delivery is subject to wireless carrier availability, network conditions, telephone compatibility, and other factors outside the Message Sender's control.

Information collected through this SMS messaging process is handled according to the SMS Messaging Privacy Policy published on this website.
Mobile telephone numbers and SMS opt-in information will not be sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent is specific to the Message Sender that obtained it and cannot be transferred to another SPEAKNOVA client or unrelated business.
